Returns/Exchanges

Return Policy

Returns Policy is within 90 days (if your sauna is in route to you and or delivered and you no longer wish to keep it). Please be aware there will be a 20% restocking fee, plus the cost incurred to ship the sauna to you as well as the cost for returning the sauna. A 5% transaction processing fee will be charged for any cancellation that occurs after the day of order whether the order has shipped or not. A Cleaning/Repair fee may also apply. Customer must pay cost of shipping both ways (shipping cost to the customer and shipping cost back to our warehouse even if there is free shipping offered at the time the order is placed). Any return or cancellation must be received in writing prior to coordinating the return pick up. 

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to info@TheTubfair.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
